BUT I think it's a disgrace that the waitress immediately entered her own tip into the debit machine without asking. What on earth went wrong?! Be careful when paying and ask specifically to avoid being ripped off.

The service was extremely friendly and personable (unfortunately we don't know the name of the young colleague), really a 10/10. The atmosphere is modern, cozy and clean. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be happy to come back!
