Due to the positive recommendations on a Sunday afternoon we visited the café and were very disappointed. Bad atmosphere, simple furnishings, cheesy wall design and, above all, the very bad price-performance ratio (2 cakes and 2 teas for €19.60 don't appeal for a new visit, as there are much better alternatives in the surroundings! Very nice old farm café. Very large delicious cake selection. The walls, ceilings and even the floor are artistically painted. A real work of art.

Be careful! The good reviews are definitely from relatives and acquaintances. Definitely not recommended. Fortunately, there are many better alternatives in the region.
Nice café. Always delicious fresh self-baked cakes. Breakfast is also great.
I really don't understand this hype. We wanted cake and a glass of dry white wine. 80% of the reviews look good. So go to Gut Vennloh... The flair does not go beyond plastic benches and peasant painting 3. Dry white wine there is as little as a bicycle-friendly way... The young service had dirty fingernails... Continue 6km to Lake Dreiländersee to the restaurant Seeblick... or to Tietmeier in Bad Bentheim! !
