we ordered today on a Sunday and within 14 minutes our order was there. eating there is always very good, the portions are huge and the citizens taste fantastically good. this is really a burgerladen where we like to order very much. Although I ordered: unfortunately no Joppie sauce, no drink with the meal, cold burgers..... after I ordered and paid, I waited quite nicely for 20 minutes at home, as it was also communicated via the system ; which apparently doesn 't work well but that 's not my problem as a customer! On site I was then rudely told without any apology that it would take another 20 minutes longer! I can understand and cope with ever... View all feedback.
