Landgasthof Schwanen - Bad Bellingen

We ordered the fish dish (edler fish): it did not taste fresh, it occurred to me later that it was probably warmed up again from the day before. vegetables badly boiled microshaft taste. fennel burned not edible. the whole court was lukewarm. I'm just upset about myself that I no longer contradict : I complained about tears, it was “warmed” but still tasted terrible. starter (Sparagus salad) was ok, dessert too. total disappointing bad value. a god, as the terrace is very beautiful. I don't understand how this restaurant could have a Michelin star! pity like a few years ago I had an excellent meal there.

We stopped on a long stretch and had a delicious meal smelknödel with pfifferlings and fish with beer and glass wein. beautiful outside seats, good service. nice dinner.

We had dinner in this restaurant with very high expectations to eat. while eating was good (we have chosen the dishes from tradition, instead more 'innovative' pairings from the chef,) the total impression was quite average: my cordon bleu was tasty while. a little oily. the side eaters were 'frozen', something they do not, except for a hostile place (homemade kartoffel wedges would have been a good pairing.) desserts were very beautiful presented and pleasant. very classic 'with average service.' maybe the next time would be better to taste the dishes of the invention, but I must honestly say that a "landgasthof " " " is to serve for a perfect traditional meal.

During our stay at the hotel we also proved the restaurant. the first thing we checked was the number of Swiss from basel who came to dinner. the staff was very friendly and helpful and eating was very good, but not so...cheap ok you are near the boarder of the Swiss.

Ich bin hier zum Abendessen eingekehrt, am Eingang begegnete der Hinweis auf eine Erwähnung im Michelin Gourmetführer.Das durchaus auch berechtigt, die Bedienung erfolgte prompt, hier weiß jeder, was er tut.Ich hatte die Flädlesuppe als Vorspeise und das Wienerschnitzel (siehe Bild) als Hauptgang geordert.Die Suppe war reichlich, kräftig und gut abgestimmt. Das Schnitzel vom Kalb war geschmacklich so, wie man sich das vorstellt. Allerdings bekommt man, wenn man Ketchup oder Majo bestellt, diese in kleinen, billigen Portiontütchen gereicht. In einem Lokal, wo augenscheinlich und gelungen ein gehobener Stil verfolgt wird, ist dies eher unzureichend. Deswegen ein Punkt Abzug.
