The hotel restaurant offers up to a 4-course vegan meal, with only one offer of salat, suppe, haupt and dessert. I came here with my bf to eat and we all had. to my surprise, the Polnta balls were huge, and we both fight to finish our first ones when we had a big lunch. we have taken our 2nd balls home for dinner; it's kind of 5 euro per and why drop anyway. the avocado sorbet was somewhat bitter, but everything else was satisfactory.

The avocado sorbet was a bit bitter, but everything else was satisfactory.

Staying here once a year and we love it! The breakfast is probably the best vegan buffet breakfast we ever had and the 5 course dinner is super fancy. Doing a yoga retreat there in 2 weeks, so looking forward to it!

Many vegan options are offered easily. a complete vegan menu can be selected at the 5-course dinner. also on the wine-card vegan wee are characterized. even at breakfast all vegan products are clearly marked and there is a good choice.
