I must have visited hundreds of coffee shops in Austria over the years but the behaviour of the waitress was appalling. Do not get me wrong the coffee and the cake were top notch. At our table we tried to order our coffee in German only to be put down by the waitress saying in an abrupt manor that if we had told her we were English speakers it would have made things easier. I tried to explain that we were all trying to learn German and practice makes perfect. The waitress was just dismissive of this explanation. I could hear the same waitress constantly putting down the young man who was helping with the orders. You do not do this in ear shot of customers! Great cake and coffee but the place needs to sort out customer care!

Seit vielen Jahren kommen wir hierher, denn da gibt es den allerbesten, gerührten Eiskaffee! Wir sind auf diesem Gebiet Experten, denn es hat damit begonnen, dass ein Konditor behauptete, er habe den besten in ganz Österreich. Und somit haben wir begonnen in allen Bundesländern und auch in anderen Staaten zu testen. Nach jahrelangen Recherchen trauen wir uns zu behaupten, der selbst gekrönte Meister hatte nicht recht. Wir waren mehrmals bei vielen verschiedenen Anbietern aber unsere Meinung ist: 'Den Besten gibt 's in Bad Aussee! '

Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher, hauptsächlich wegen der Dame mit Brille, blonden Haaren und perfekt geformten Augenbrauen. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr freundlich und das Cafe ist einfach top. Es scheint, dass das Äußere hier wirklich zählt, aber ich fühle mich hier immer gut aufgehoben. Es trifft wohl zu, wie man in den Wald ruft, so kommt es zurück. Egal wie man aussieht, hier wird man bestens bedient. Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Cafe.

Der Amarenabecher war hervorragend und die Nougatnocken waren spitze! Das Personal war in Ordnung, aber leider unterbesetzt.
