It turned out to be made from pork ear, gi... read more We visited this restaurant on our final night. It was not crowded. I was recommended to try the Pork Sisig, so I did. It turned out to be made from pork ear, giving it a jelly-like, fatty texture. It was delicious, slightly spicy with peppers, and served sizzling. My companion had a large breakfast platter.

The only place where there 's Dr Pepper , my husband 's fave drink in US. French toast and lomi is really good. I like the pork sisig, too.
