I love the food here. I've been to Bacolod five times but this is my first time at Kenny Rogers, was I living under a Bacolod rock? The potato, gravy, pasta, rice, Mac n Cheese and those jugs of Coke and Apply juice. The restaurant was clean, staff were super friendly, the environment was perfect... The only downside was the temperature, some fans would have been great. I'll be back, as long as you still have good food. :
