Cafe Uma - Bacolod
Cafe Uma
Description
Cafe Uma in Bacolod melds Italian and Spanish influences with locally sourced ingredients to present homey yet refined dishes—standout osso buco, risotto, mushroom penne, pizzas and limoncello shrimp. The farmhouse, bodega-themed interior (with a private function area), friendly accommodating staff and reasonable wine prices make it a small-city favorite for families, vegetarians and travelers passing through BCD. Consistent quality and service keep patrons returning; occasional dish stockouts and limited seating are the main drawbacks.

Cafe Uma has always been my favorite restaurant in Bacolod. Especially as a vegetarian, their food has the option to be converted to vegetarian-friendly options. I particularly love their mushroom penne and veg quesadilla. At this point it's become a family tradition to dine here!
When a tourist visits Bacolod, it's usually all about Inasal, Ensaimada, or Napoleones, isn't it? But where can you take them to experience a remarkable, non-touristy restaurant? Look no further than Cafe Uma! This gem utilizes local ingredients, and the food delivers a home-cooked feel while still maintaining a gourmet vibe. It’s truly one of the best dining spots in Bacolod! The service and food quality are exceptional!
