This is the worst Jack in the box I've ever went to

Prices are way too high. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant. Value menu is not a value anymore. Tacos were better this last time than they have been in awhile. Friendly workers.

I go through here fairly often for the most part it's okay but yesterday I went through the drive-thru for my family of six (usually $50) I was in a hurry so I didn't check all the bags, when I got home I realized we had been given somebody else's food ,so I called and spoke to the manager of course they say no problem come back through and we'll replace it. So tonight I did and when I got there they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about! ? I will be contacting somebody

My boyfriend went through the drive thru he asked to give him a minute to decide the guy whose name was Keith taking my order said loudly “alright then it’s gonna be a minute then!” Then did the same thing twice really rude and loud then when my boyfriend was ready he said hold on! Very loud and rudely. He seemed as if he had no patience and was in a bad mood , I don’t care where you work at but you don’t treat customers this way. He was very rude and disrespectful.

First time and probably last time! Expensive! I ordered a Southwest salad get up to the window only to be told the only salad they have is a side salad! Why didn't the employee tell me that when she took my order.
