Beautiful hotel in the center of Bacalar, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, the pool is not heated, the hotel service is good and attentive. The food is normal it could improve.

Es un hermoso hotel. Nos gustó muchisimo. El servicio y atención son de primera, las habitaciones muy lindas. La comida muy sabrosa y bien presentada. Porciones generosas. Muy bien ubicado y tiene mucho caracter. La decoración es exquisita. Se ve el cariño que le pusieron a cada detalle. Sin duda volveremos. Vale mucho la pena. Gracias Casa hormiga!! Los felicito. It was beyond my expectations! Let's start off by saying that the minute I walked through the doors, this place was already a 10+. Everything about this hotel was beautiful. The food was amazing, rooms perfect. The ambiance, the location, just perfect. They offered and suggested nearby restaurants and catered to all my needs. The service here is a 10+. You must check out the spa menu. They were able to accommodate me last minute and suggested the Cacao package. One more reason to come back to this amazing place thank you !
