I made the mistake of forgetting to reque... read more I felt it was necessary to give this place a 5-star rating because my recent visit truly renewed my faith in humanity. I made the mistake of forgetting to request granola for my Acai bowl and only realized it when the woman handed me the bag. I mentioned that I would just buy another one, but both she and her coworker—who I believe was the manager—insisted on making me a new one at no charge. It’s these small gestures that motivate me to write a review, and especially a positive one. I wish I had caught their names, but I also don't want them to face any repercussions for their kindness. I’m posting this a bit late because I’m actually on my way back to this location and promised myself I would leave feedback for the excellent service! Highly recommended!

I accidentally forgot to request no granola for my acai bowl, and just as the woman was about to bag it, I realized my mistake. I told her I would just buy a new one, but both she and her coworker (possibly the manager) decided to make me a new bowl at no extra charge. It's little gestures like this that motivate me not only to leave a review but to write a positive one. I regret not getting their names, but I also don't want them to get into trouble if, heaven forbid, they weren't supposed to do this. I'm a bit late in writing this review, but I wanted to share my experience as I'm on my way back to this location and promised I would write a review due to the excellent service! Highly recommend!

They often close earlier than expected, and when I call about 30 minutes before closing, I rarely get an answer. Even if they do pick up, I'm required to place my order online and pick it up myself, which is quite frustrating. I've encountered issues with the customer service at several locations.

The store is always so clean, and welcoming. Kendal one of the usual employees I run into is a sweetheart. She is knowledgeable, fast, and friendly.I will happily come back to any location she, and her team is at, love the store !
