Alright.. is it the most authentic? No.. but does it do the job? Yes! Overall the soup base and pork is good.. the ramen itself I can tell it's not the fresh kind you get in those crazy ramen spots in NYC. But this is Babylon.. you can't expect anythingtoo crazy right? One of the best ramen places I have ever been to. The workers are very friendly. The food was very good and delicious. Would definitely recommend! A must come back place.
The ramen and appetizers here are excellent—no kidding! They could definitely compete with Slurps in Port Jefferson.
The restaurant was fantastic! The ramen was perfectly cooked, and overall, it’s an excellent spot for ramen lovers.
