We had dinner there with a group of ten on a Sunday night, and everything was absolutely delicious! Our waitress was attentive and very helpful, and the staff had a wonderful sense of humor. We can't wait to return. It was definitely worth every penny!

Prefer to lose customers for not speaking Spanish yesterday I went to buy and if there was someone who spoke Spanish and they preferred to say that they did not speak it when we were several people that would be the only thing they can also offerattention yes the language is spoken but the food is very tasty in my opinion and I have heard them say that it is very good butthey do not serve them for a language I think they lose a little by denying this service

This is by far my favorite Italian restaurant, and I make sure to visit at least once every time I’m on the island. The service is exceptional, the drinks are fantastic, and the food is absolutely delicious. The menu is extensive, offering an array of incredible dishes to choose from! I have food allergies, and they are always very careful and accommodating. I ordered the chicken marsala with fettuccine Alfredo, and it was out of this world. The chicken was tender and perfectly cooked, and the sauce was delightful. Everything was scrumptious. We were celebrating my uncle's 92nd birthday, and he nearly finished his plate! They even surprised him with a cannoli and sang Happy Birthday.

The food was quite good overall. My only complaint about the dishes is that the appetizers and four out of the five entrees we ordered were lacking in salt, which was unexpected since the rolls in the bread basket were seasoned perfectly. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the service we received. The staff we interacted with was far from friendly. Our waitress literally slammed my straw down on the table after I mentioned that my drink was incorrect. Whenever we requested something—like appetizer plates, napkins, or ketchup—it was met with eye rolls and disbelief. Instead of retrieving plates from the kitchen, she took them from empty tables nearby. At one point, she even grabbed the top of a bowl that one of us was currently using for salad just to lift it and show us that there was a plate underneath it she could use. Throughout our meal, she frequently reached over our party members rather than taking the few extra steps to avoid doing so. Finally, when it was time to settle the bill, she approached us, and before even picking up the folder with the check and credit card, she noticed some loose money on the table and rudely asked if it was a tip. I’m at a loss for words on how to conclude this review because that was hands down the most unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered.

Francisco's is a quaint yet trendy Italian Bistro with an extensive menu. The prices are a bit high, but the portions are massive. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. We went there to celebrate my uncles birthday. The calamari is todie for, the stuffed clams are among the best. I highly recommend the carbonara. I switched the pasta from spaghetti torigatoni, and added grilled chicken, and it was fantastic. House made Tiramisu, and you can tell it's made with love.
