I c... read more I have been a customer for over 4 years now and am waking away from Dieci in Baar. Tonight my pizza turned up almost 2 hours after ordering and it was cold. I chose a time slot for delivery and it was 35 mins late! This happens regularly and every time I call up and challenge them on it, the guy on the phone doesn 't care. He tells me it 's not their fault, they are really busy. Once he offered a free pizza on the next order and when I called next time the person on the phone said they knew nothing about this and the manager wasn 't in so it was not possible. They don 't give a damn about their customers and never accept responsibility for late and cold deliveries. They don 't deserve to have any customers. I am walking away. We order 2 pizzas on average a week that 's 400 pizzas over 4 years. I threatened to take my business elsewhere tonight and the guy on the phone said why don 't you do that? . So I will. And I am sharing my experience so others know.
