Dieci - Baar

I have been a customer for over 4 years now and am waking away from Dieci in Baar. Tonight my pizza turned up almost 2 hours after ordering and it was cold. I chose a time slot for delivery and it was 35 mins late! This happens regularly and every time I call up and challenge them on it, the guy on the phone doesn 't care. He tells me it 's not their fault, they are really busy. Once he offered a free pizza on the next order and when I called next time the person on the phone said they knew nothing about this and the manager wasn 't in so it was not possible. They don 't give a damn about their customers and never accept responsibility for late and cold deliveries. They don 't deserve to have any customers. I am walking away. We order 2 pizzas on average a week that 's 400 pizzas over 4 years. I threatened to take my business elsewhere tonight and the guy on the phone said why don 't you do that? . So I will. And I am sharing my experience so others know.

This is our go to pizza place for excellent pizza delivery. The pizza is super tasty and delivery is always prompt providing us with a hot pizza at home. Our family loves this place! Our favorites are the margherita and salami...oh so yummy salami. :

Pizza sind fein. Aber die Lieferdauer ist inakzeptabel. 90 Minuten wird standardmässig schon angeben was definitiv zu lange ist. Aber es wird jedesmal schlussendlich 120 bis 150 Minuten daraus. No go.

Top Pizzas und sehr freundliches Personal. Immer wieder gerne.
