The service was good and they had a menu you point at if the cashier doesn’t understand you. Fried chicken was great and I like how you were able to fill the drinks yourself. There is a sink to wash your hands too

First, I... read more Being from the United States, I wanted to see what KFC in Thailand was like. The food was terrible! I tried two different times on two different days. First, I wanted to try a spicy sandwich, and the only way I could get one was to order a Zinger meal. OK, having a refillable drink was nice, the handful of fries were cold and nasty. The sandwich itself was just bad. Let 's fast forward a few days. I saw signs for something called Pop Bomb Zabb . The poster for it looked like fairly round nuggets with a lot of tasty-looking white meat and a little breading. What I got was some kind of disgusting elongated pieces of gray-looking chicken with a little gray meat and a lot of breading. I tried it. It was nasty. I threw it out. Look at the attached photos of the advertisement and what I received. Do they look the same to you?

The zinger burgers were... read more Worst KFC I have experienced so far. Inside it was very dirty and very cold. The staff is very unfriendly and don’t know english at all. The zinger burgers were already made don’t know for how long but it was cold so brought it back, after couple minutes they gave the same burger. After being angry they gave me freshly made. The fries were just a few and the burgers were tasteless. I don’t recommend this place, you can go better to something else.

Staff were rude and barely spoke English, just pointed and expect you to understand.

The person serving needs to learn what charisma is and customer service! Hostile rude and over charged me the second time I came in .. Her English is unacceptab... read more The person serving needs to learn what charisma is and customer service! Hostile rude and over charged me the second time I came in .. Her English is unacceptable for an island that is for tourists. Her attitude stinks!! Food ok however . Someone train her to be customer facing rather than someone working in a prison.
