The event was really enjoyable and popular among the locals. The food was delicious and there was a great selection of beer. All the ingredients for a lovely evening with friends.

They have rebuilt the room so there is a little more space, but the volume was also very high, which was disturbing. Also replace the furniture. Not so nice to sit on a wooden stool without a backrest for an entire dinner. The food tasted good.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, thanks to the help of sous vide cooking at precise temperatures. The drinks are above average, although not at the level of cocktail clubs or bars, which is to be expected in a steakhouse. The drink selection is impressive compared to other nearby establishments, with multiple choices of beer and wine. However, it may not be as extensive as restaurants in larger cities. One area for improvement is the attentiveness of the floor staff. When the restaurant is busy, there can be delays in getting more drinks or additional menu pages. Despite this, the staff is professional, friendly, and provides great service. Overall, the small negative of slow attentiveness is outweighed by their social and professional approach. The food at this steakhouse is top-notch, with generous portions and delicious homemade sauces. The only suggestion for improvement is to sear the steaks a bit longer for a harder crust and to add a bit more salt during the searing process. Overall, I would give this restaurant a 4 out of 5 rating.
