Ananas Cafe - Baalbek

Very nice restaurant in Baalback offering both lebanese and western cuisines. Service is very good and the space is huge..with a very very big terasse in ras l ein area..i recommend this place. Food is also tasty

I came here as a tourist with a group and it was one of the worst experiences. 5 of us sat at a table, 3 ordered salads and 2 ordered pizza. The salads took about 25 minutes to come out and the pizza took 45 minutes. Not only that, but the food was barely edible; one salad was oily, another was covered in bread to the point where you couldn't reach the actual salad, and the last one lacked flavor. When we complained about the time and flavor, they looked at us like we were being unreasonable. On top of that they knew we were coming as a group and our tour guide was rushing us (although that's not their fault) there was no reason for the food to take that long to come out. It honestly feels like we threw away money. I do not reccomended this place to anyone. I suggest all tour guides (or anyone hungry) find an alternative place to eat.

Worst experience I had in Lebanon when it comes to food. The salads are disgusting and the prices outrageous, they are clearly trying to rip tourists off. Service has massive room for improvement as well. Shame on them, the venue is actually kind of nice. Attached to the review I added the oil soup aka what they sell as Greek salad.

Its a bad experience. They lied about prices i do not recommend this crazy place at all
