for me it is one of the best sushi in beirut. very good quality. fresh. the owner is passionate. let them choose him for them if they don't know what they choose. the price is very good respect before the quality. the native are from the classic “trendy” Lebanese sites. for some people it should be a problem. for others like me, it's a plus! you will like it! What User doesn't like about Caviar Sushi Lounge:
Slow service. Untrained staff. Small Sushi pieces (thin short) The prices look reasonable, but the portions are small, so it's a scam. Definitely won't come again or recommend. View all feedback.

A new sushi bar lounge is born in the heart of the capital. the place is perfectly decorated and led by two expert in the local food industry and especially in sushi cuisine. this place houses the first lebanese itamae, chef joe to yourka victor and loaded with creativity that rolls his preparations, and doses them with little love before they serve customers. once try not to miss their shrimp teppanyaki, their sushi berry, their avocado dragons and their fried philly.
A good sushi restaurant restaurant. Love to sit indoor. It has nice interior. Cool atmosphere. Sushi is fresh. Love the salads as well. Friendly staff.

0!!! I was really disappointed after ordering from Caviar Sushi Bar. We got the 40pcs menu and 4 crab rolls. The rice was undercooked and the pieces fall apart when you grab them. I don’t recommend it at all...
