We visited Blend4 with business partners the past week. I liked it, cozy, not formal, genuine Italian (of course... with a modern touch. Interesting wine selection. Somehow a blend (right of local tradition, Tuscan merenda , modern cuisine and wine bar. There you have your 4 : I 'd rate it 5* however they need to improve in some details...they 're on the good way, keep it up!
I sent with a Friend for lunch, i had a Platter from the Menü: spaghetti con bottarga e gamberi crudi. Very tasty. Mi friend had the lunch platter, it was good but Not too Special, 4 small different things, chicken breast, egg, tomato... then they have a very good selection of wines and they are very friendly. The place is decorated nicely, modern and decorative at the same time. I definitely recommend his place!
