We opted for this over a visit at McDonald's, and we weren't disappointed! We both had burgers and a cola. The portions were a good size, the burgers were tasty (I gotta mention that bacon in Italy isn't crispy, as we're used to, so be prepared for that), prices as expected and the staff were friendly. The restaurant is western themed, and we both thought that the decor was pretty funny. We'd go again. View all feedback.
What Ricardo s doesn't like about Old Wild West:
Start with the raw peanuts they bring to your table while you wait for your food to arrive. Come on, be a little decent, at least roast them. We ordered beans with bacon, which was quite good; onion rings, which came 8 for 8 euros seriously, 1 euro per onion ring? and an entire pork ribs, which was enough for two, however, nothing really delicious. We had lunch in this restaurant. People that came after us had already received their meals and finished eating. After 45 minutes we asked the waitress about our meals since we hadn't gotten even our starters: onion rings and french fries. When the meals finally arrived they were disappointing. Wouldn't recommend as it's too expensive for what you get, the place is really noisy and the service is slow.

In the end, the amount we paid for two was not that much, but it was definitely not worth the quality. Service was OK.
Please note that I am writing in English as I am from Ireland but I live here in Italy and my children are Italian. This evening, I wanted to treat my children to a dinner out. First, we went to Old West in Dalmine (BG), where we asked if they took electronic tickets. Their answer was that because of a change in the POS system they no longer took them. I asked if they knew if the Old West in Orio Serio (BG) but they informed that it was under a different management. Considering my options, I left and went to Orio al Serio even if this meet going farther from home. After finding out if they accepted electronic tickets, we asked for a table for three. When we were shown to table, we waited a short period time before being asked to order. I had to ask for child's menu but we ordered quickly. I also had to ask for the peanuts as these were not given to us after being seated. I noticed that the drinks were prepared after being order but remained on the bar for a considerable time and when they arrived a coke for my son was missing. Luckily, the barman came down to us after it was poured. After a while my daughter’s meal arrived and she started to eat. She had practically finished when we had to enquire about my son and my meals’. The waitress told us that she would check and then later said it would take two minutes. Naturally, it took a little longer and arrived without an apology for the delay and more importantly with any knives and forks. When I had sat down at the table, I noticed and was interested in the sweets but because of the poor service and the delay in serving our meals, I decided to skip them. I found, as always, a service charge for this poor service. It is not the first time that my family has experienced a poor service at this Old West and frankly, I find it hard to justify the relationship between the price and the quality of the overall experience of the restaurant.
Very poor burger was average at best, took an hour to come and they still had the audacity to charge us a service charge!! Would not come again
