La Rosa Del Gusto - AZZANO SAN PAOLO

Came to the restaurant (empty) for breakfast. The attention of the guy behind the bar is awful, refused to take payment by card and asked me to go ask my family or leave my croissant. Refused to bring the coffee to the table because he was too busy. Worst possible attitude. Invited to never come again!

This is a low budget restaurant into the Orio Center Shopping Mall just in front of Bergamo airport. It is really convenient for those who are travelling from Orio al Seerio and wanting to have something to eat nearby. I usually eat for business lunch there. The have a cheap lunch menu (a frst course for 4 euro and a main course for 5).

Well, I read all the previous comments here and... I have to disagree. I did not try their pizza (as soon as the oven wasn't working that day), but their restaurant menu. Discarded the suggested dishes (bad choice), I was attracted by one of their most expensive suggestion: a filet with mushrooms sauce and other stuffs, claiming astonishing taste experiences... Oh my... it was a error. The meat stank a bit (as it would be stale), despite being a filet, it was covered by fat and nerves... even if the sauce was not bad at all, the overall result was totally negative. Service average and quick enough, even the bill wasn't salty (if the meal would have been decent)...

Ottima pizza, servizio rapido e grande cortesia del personale. Menù a prezzo fisso di buona qualità. Ottimo posto per un break, ma di qualità.

Avevo fatto una ricerca su dove fosse meglio mangiare al centro commerciale Orio al Serio, durante uno scalo. La rosa del gusto aveva bellissime recensioni e volevo verificare di persona... Non solo sono stati all'altezza delle aspettative ma le hanno superate. Servizio veloce ed efficiente, grande varietà di piatti, tutto molto pulito. Ho mangiato le vongole veraci più buone della mia vita (e sono del Sud). E chi si aspettava di trovare tanta bontà di pesce a Bergamo Mio marito ha preso una pizza , che ho testato personalmente. Buonissima anche quella. I vicini di tavolo hanno preso piatti del giorno (lasagne, vitello e polenta alcuni, picana con contorni altri e devo dire che sembrava tutto ottimo. Dimenticavo, prezzi accessibilissimi per una qualità così alta. Insomma, raccomandatissimo .
