I recently dined at Kentucky Fried Chicken and had a delightful experience with their tasty chicken. I ordered five hot wings, and although it took a bit longer than expected for my order to arrive, they graciously offered me a complimentary drink and an extra wing as a gesture of goodwill. All in all, it was a delicious experience!
This is the worst KFC I've ever visited. If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service was terrible—I wasn’t greeted when I arrived, nor when they handed me my food. The food itself was awful; the chicken skin was falling apart and the biscuits were as hard as if they had been sitting out all day. I also ordered a large size of wedges but it seemed like I was only given a small portion. I will be filing a complaint with corporate.
Kentucky Fried Chicken serves delicious subs and makes really good chicken. I ordered 5 hot wings, and since the order was taking a while, they gave me a free drink and extra wings.
Here’s my experience at KFC tonight: the chicken was undercooked, and I wasn’t offered any apology. Without a paper receipt, they only refunded me $20 instead of the full amount. This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever visited!
I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. In my last three visits, they have repeatedly forgotten items from my order. On my most recent trip on August 6, 2021, I specifically asked the cashier if everything was included in the bag, and he assured me that it was. However, upon checking, I found that two items were missing. He claimed he wasn’t the one who packed the bag, despite the fact that he handed it to me and confirmed everything was correct. His response was quite indifferent; he said it wasn't his responsibility to pack the bag. He then gave me the missing items and walked away. The customer service here is terrible.
