When you go to pick up your online order at the time indicated by the website, that’s when they actually start preparing it. I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting another 20 minutes after I arrived at the scheduled pickup time. After a total of 40 minutes of waiting, I discovered that part of my order was incorrect. I suggest looking for other options in Aztec to fulfill your breakfast burrito cravings until this location improves its service.

The management needs to support the employees at the Aztec location, as I've experienced wait times of over 40 minutes multiple times in the past year. Overall, the quality at Blakes has significantly decreased. It used to serve the best burrito in New Mexico, but I hardly dine there anymore.

Each individual restaurant can be hit or miss with the service and how fast/slow the food comes out. This location in Aztec has received some negative reviews lately so I was a little worried that our intentions for a quick stop for dinner wouldn't be so quick. However, the 3 ladies working today were quick and efficient! We were greeted right when we came in and were told it would be a few minutes before they could take our order. The wait to order wasn't terribly long (no more than 5 minutes) and they got to us just as quick as they could. Food came out fast our 3 sons never had to ask when it was going to be ready. All told, we spent 30 40 minutes there total to order, be served, eat, have a quick bathroom break and back on the road.
