I was caught in between 2 stars and 3. I think what made the deciding factor was the French fries. Hummus is a pass. No more no less. I think most items are diluted. The tahini is diluted not too flavorful. The masbaha is mediocre. I think if your a tourist which I was born in the country but visiting as a tourist it’s great hummus for tourist standards. As a hummus connoisseur this place deserves 2 starts at most. Black coffee was diluted. The French fries are not fresh (frozen then fried or cooked. The pita bread is OK. Sorry but I would never go back here. Honestly this place ruined the taste of good hummus this country has to offer. Best description is this is the fast food of hummus. I think the multiple chain stores ruined the authenticity of this place. How do make horrible French fries, the horror ;
