Helados De Paila Jireh - Azogues

I ordered two orders. One was whipped with chocolate and the other was purple. The lady made a mistake in writing my order. She accidentally wrote mora shake. So, when I got my order, it wasn't a chocolate shake, it was the black bean. It was a simple mistake and the store wasn't occupied, so I asked them to do it again and I'll gladly pay for everything. Even the wrong one. Instead of denying the request politely, the daughter gave me attitude and raised my voice. It was so rough. He told me to spend your time and your ingredients and that for the next (there is no longer going to be proxima) to speak well. Then he proceeded to head to the back and make me my chocolate smoothie. He came back and gave it to me. I said thank you and she ignored me. They could have been more professional about it since it's a business and I didn't do anything out of place.

The place is small but cozy and very clean, the attention is very polite. The ice creams are pretty good, at least the flavors we ordered were delicious. As a suggestion, I think they should replace the plastic containers, in which they serve the ice cream to carry, by ecological options, more friendly with the environment and aesthetically more beautiful.

The original cream cheese ice cream, excellent service, clean facilities and various flavors of paila ice cream. Recommended 100%.
