Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - Ayr

More busy but efficient operation. clean tables and facilities. Do not drive them into the park when they drag. park on the road. the service was fast. we had table service. political, dedicated staff.

This is probably the worst macdonald I've ever been: they ordered a simple menu, I still managed to give myself the wrong burger. they have not even apologized when I went to get the ones I actually ordered long time to serve most of the machines are out of paper so that they did not get their order number they were from big mugs so that they instead gave frappe mugs. if they wanted their mono-tickets, they went lost all bins were full and the restaurant itself was dirty I guess they are the lucky they are the only maccas round because they don't run smoothly.

Couldn't even make it cappuccino right in the food was horrible, order machines, kept failing , might be stopping there anymore

What a delight, beautiful coffee and food, cheerfully staff and very clean amenities, probably one of the best we’ve encountered on our holidays. THANKYOU we will be back

We ordered though drive though, were told to park to the side, mean while about 8 other car were given there order before we got ours and it was cold when we got it ,this is a regular thing that happens at the ayr mc donalds
