Abe Erb Ayr Village

The service was quick, and the staff were incredibly friendly! They were very accommodating to my husband and me, especially since we had our 6-month-old with us and needed some extra space for our stroller.

We were pleasantly surprised by how busy it was, considering the weather. It was a lovely evening, the service was excellent, and the food was really delicious!

Last night, we dined at Abe Erb, a place we frequent and typically enjoy for its delicious food and craft beer. Unfortunately, our experience last night was one of the worst we've ever encountered. Our server was unhelpful and, at times, rude. When I asked for a beer recommendation, I was told to check the beer fridge myself, despite the restaurant not being busy at all. Throughout our meal, we felt like we were a burden. Honestly, I’m not sure we’ll return, as I never want to leave a restaurant feeling the way we did last night.

Excellent service. Food was quite good. A favourite spot for us to stop for a casual lunch. Will be back!

We have dined at this restaurant 4 times now and it is always delicious and servers are happy and on the ball. Our group came in New Year’s Eve at 7:30pm for a reservation we had pre booked prior to restaurant hours changing. They were closing at 8pm that night. They had tried to contact me prior but I had missed their attempts to reach me. I felt so bad but they were happy to serve us even though they were suppose to close in 30 minutes. No one made us feel rushed at all! I really appreciated them accommodating us and we will definitely be back.
