We have to mention that the staff was organized and cheerful. The burgers were hotter than what I've experienced at other McDonald's lately. Perhaps they could show some of the locations in the south of England how it's done? View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Tried the new Chicken BigMac today and it tasted like cardboard. I won't make that mistake again. In general I find the drive through service very good if you avoid school finishing times. View all feedback.
Clean and helpful staff. (the ones wearing gray). eating was hot and service was fast. we felt very comfortable because of cleanliness. tge personal with gray were really busy cleaning and wiping how customers left. Top brands for those who wear gray!
My Car broke down today while I was sitting in queue at drive thru. Staff were absolutely brilliant!! Manager came out with 3 guys and pushed car up carpark into a safe place and even brought my order out to me free of charge while I waited on breakdown recovery lorry. Wouldn't accept payment from me....thank you guys!!!
Used the drive through, it was extremely busy and sat in a fairly large queue but didn't wait long the staff were very quick at processing the orders, it would be nice if the person taking the order was a bit more cheery though she sounded as if she just couldn't be bothered

Very busy, coffee, tea and fries ordered and received. Failed to provide milk of stirring sticks with drinks. Staff helpful but young and so not customer friendly. Doubtful for return visit.
