I had a delivery on Saturday night that came to £8.80. I asked an older gentleman to take £10 for it since I only had a £20 note. He had to go to a third party for change, which added some inconvenience to the experience.
I placed an order through Just Eat, and the app indicates that it has been delivered, but it hasn't arrived. Meanwhile, the payment has already been deducted from my bank account. I won’t be ordering from them again.
My friend and I ordered food at 11.30 on a Tuesday night and it still hadn't arrived by half past midnight as the restaurant had shut. Shocking...
