Went to get chicken meals and had ro wait 30 minutes. When we got our meals the chicken had almost 2 inches of bread (crust) on it. This is not normal for Bojangles. It was too much bread and tasted awful. I hope the recipe has not changed. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Not sure what is going on at this restaurant. Everytime I go lately you are asked to pull to the window to order instead of in the speaker they are speaking through. Then takes forever to get through the line. Order is often incorrect. Do better Bojangles.
