To make matters worse, I noticed a young man by the register picking... read more I visited this restaurant tonight, September 16, 2022, and wasn't greeted when I walked in. To make matters worse, I noticed a young man by the register picking his nose. One employee was making sandwiches but didn’t say a word. Eventually, another young lady came over to take my order. I asked for two Italian BMTS subs: one footlong, customized, and one six-inch, prepared as usual. Instead of understanding my request, she told me to choose what I wanted, even though every sub has a standard way it's made. I referred to the menu on the website to explain what should be on it, but she was rude and clearly lacked knowledge about subs. Having worked with Subway for years, I was extremely disappointed. To top it all off, she slathered my sandwich with an entire bottle of mayo.

Her two coworkers seem to be newcomers, because when they're busy, she really knows how to handle the rush. She's doing an amazing job! Subway, you should seriously consider giving her a raise; otherwise, you might lose this talented employee!
