We’ve been here many times and always a delicious meal with faultless service! Breakfasts here are fantastic and great value for money. We recently had the Festive menu and this was delicious as always! The roast Turkey was full of flavour and we enjoyed all the trimmings too- there’s always plenty to go round. The staff are always upbeat and helpful. Special thanks to Sophie who served us last. View all feedback.
I visited The Bell on a sunny Thursday evening. All I can say is WOW, not only was the food sublime but the service was out of this world. Props to Jodie and Mark for the excellent service us family of 4 received…. We have already booked a table for the weekend!! Newly to the area me and the family are amazed that we have this wonderful establishment to enjoy over and over again right on our doorstep. Well done team!! The Rangers.
Fantastic service, even on a busy evening. Very good food with decent portion sizes enough to satisfy, but leaves room for dessert. Recommend the mocktails even if you're not a non drinker, they don't feel like a compromise. Staff were very friendly without being obsequious. No troubles with parking either. A nice way to spend an evening, and for a very reasonable price too.
Had a lovely lunch with my partner today! Our waitress Charlotte was lovely, so friendly and happy to help in anyway possible she really went above and beyond to make our experience a pleasant one! It’s always nice to have a waitress with a smile!! My partner and I both had such a lovely time. Have been to the pub many times and it’s always such a lovely atmosphere! Can’t wait to go back.
Group of us visit weekly and have food and drinks. Food is consistently very good. I've only tried the dirty burger personally but all the other food that comes out looks really good. Barman is really friendly and welcoming. Dogs are welcome which is a brilliant. All in all a really good village pub
Lovely Valentine's Day lunch here. The Bell offered a set 3-course menu which I have to say was brilliant in terms of choices, but also the food was incredible. I had the salt Szechwan squid to start, lamb rump for main and a raspberry and chocolate melting bomb for dessert, all for £32 pp. Their main menu items looked good too, with many in the restaurant going for fish and chips, so will have this the next time I visit! Good selection of wines, and service was attentive.
