Great eating, do not definitive her usual pub menu and the same warm welcome we always get from the previous owners. I can't wait to go back.

Very friendly service, very fast and excellent eating. a beautiful pub with a lot of atmosphere. very popular. Just note that parking can be a little difficult.

*amended review* change of ownership calls for a new review. Wow. The new owners of this pub are smashing it! We visited for a Sunday roast and were not disappointed. The pub is cosy with great friendly village vibes. They’re dog friendly in all areas of the pub which is brilliant as we’re always after great places to eat where we can take our dog along with us. The food is just amazing they’ve recently changed ownership and even though the food before was hearty and crowd pleasing, the menu now is interesting, delicious and that of a top London restaurant so it’s definitely been a successful change in our opinion! Can’t wait to return.
