The last time I ordered from this restaurant was in November 2020, and it has consistently impressed me since it opened a few years ago. However, my most recent experience was disappointing. While the waffle fries were hot, crispy, and fresh, the Classic Berlin Doner did not meet my expectations. The beef was gray and lacking flavor, and the overall quality seemed to have declined. The lack of branding and changes in the menu presentation were also concerning. Additionally, the customer service was not as helpful as before. It seems that management may have changed, and I may stick to a different restaurant in the future. It's sad to see a once great restaurant lose its charm. I hope they can improve and regain their former excellence. But with new competition in town, they may struggle to stay afloat. It's a shame to see a decline in quality and service.

When this restaurant first opened, it was hands down the best kebab place for miles. It reminded me of the amazing kebabs and street food I used to enjoy in Germany. However, it appears that it has been poorly managed and has now fallen below even the average kebab joint. The kebabs are now filled with bland salad and lack the thoughtfulness they once had. I have witnessed a decline in the food preparation, the finished product, the packaging, and the enthusiasm of the staff. If it returned to its original quality, I would gladly praise it and become a regular customer. Unfortunately, as it stands now, I cannot recommend it.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up, only to discover that the restaurant was closed. However, the payment had already been deducted from our account. Not recommended!

Ordered 3 so called kebabs looked like an elephant herd had ran over it ate it and s out disgusting and when I asked for a new one they ordered me to return them to receive my new ones if you like elephant s order here.

Not worth the price for the stingy portions they give. Portions have become smaller in recent months.
