Dalton's Tex Mex - Ayia Napa

What a horrible experience, Antisemitic place. Manager was angry and impatient, wouldn 't take questions about the food (had a lactose intolerant with us), repeatedly saying Just tell me what you want . Restaurant was practically empty other than us, so he was surely not on a rush. Right after we upped and left, we met another Israeli family that wasn 't allowed in the place, after they were asked where they 're from. Stay away!

Absolutely aweful! Been here many times in the past, but this was the last! Ordered food, came out very poor. I had Chilli con Carne rice. Wife had a burrito.... and we had 8 other guests with us... when our food arrived they decided to tell us we havent got any rice , so brought our food without rice... its a Mexican most of their meals ar BUILT out of rice! There is a supermarket across the road, could they not have gone and got some instead of sending half meals to us with no side?? I think most of the food had been cooked 3 weeks before! It wasn 't just our party of 10 either, the only other 2 occupied tables that night also had terrible food, and terrible service! After seeing them complaining and having absolutely no reaction from staff we didnt bother, we just ate our rubbish food and left swiftly. Spoiled my birthday, as we had booked this especially for my birthday as soon as we arrived at the holiday a week before... so lets be fair, they had plenty of time to get some rice in! There are a couple of other mexicans in Agia Napa, go to them and swerve this one!

Food didn’t look as pictured. overpriced. tasteless. not great service, ignored. got a lot of things wrong. possibly because they were busy. not a lot of care or attention. for the price i expected a little more.

We have eaten here once in 2018 with a group of 6 and twice in 2019 with a group of four. Not one of us could fault anything about our experience, from the friendly staff to the menu choice and great tasting food it really is a great place to eat. Prices are reasonable considering this is Ayia Napa we were full after a starter and main, be cautious on the starters as they are large portions and quite filling in themselves. Edit We’re back in 2022 and I’m so relieved that my favourite Mexican restaurant has once again delivered. The food is just as good, the place is clean and the staff are friendly. If you’ve never tried Mexican before get yourself in here whilst on holiday, you’ll not regret it.
