They welcomed us without a reservation during a very busy time — the restaurant was completely full — yet everything was handled quickly and professionally. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere incredibly warm and cozy. As we were leaving, a gentleman who seemed to be the owner shook our hands and invited us to come back, which made us feel truly welcome. We’ve been dining in great places around Champoluc for several days, but this was the first time we felt such genuine hospitality. We will definitely return when we come back. Highly recommended.

The only thing to highlight is the staff's service; they were completely unfriendly and unforgiving when it came to paying (since there were six of us and we all ordered different things, they refused to split the bill into individual tabs), especially regarding their customer service.
