The experience was overall terrible. To begin with, the service was really slow. When it comes to drinks, they had only one of the red wines listed in the menu and a single beer type. The menu had English translation, but it did not match what we actually got. On top of that, the names of the dishes were really ambiguous and there was no ingredients list to make it clearer. Fast and friendly service, good value for money. Food was a bit on the fatty side but very adequate. Would recommend.
For starters we ordered a pie which turned out to be pate. For mains, we ordered steaks , which were not in fact that, and, on top of that, half of the meat was raw. The cherry on the top of the cake was that the chicken kiev was still raw inside. After having this poor experience, we ended up with an overpriced bill.
Krokodil is a hidden gem above the street of the dashkowa residenz. the atmosphere is entertaining, good for private talks. the decoration is tasteful and conservative. Eating was pretty well presented. I started with the French salmon salad. it was served in an appealing wide black bowl. followed the lamb frame. this is my special court that I prepare for my own guests. I wanted to see how they did it here. the presentation was excellent. it came on a plate with potato wedge with amaranth and pesto drops in olive oil. in contrast to another restaurant near, the cook here properly cleaned the rib bones (handle). the racks were rarely filled on both sides and in the middle. If they prefer to do it well, they should definitely point out. I realized that the chef in the crocodile well trained in the art of details both taste and presentation. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends to look for a quiet romantic evening, or a friendly conversation.
Had nice delicious meal from the daily menu that they served between 1 and 4 o'clock.
The experience was terrible overall. first the service was very slow. when it comes to drinks, they had only one of the red wee in the menu and a single beer type. the menu had English translation, but it was not with what we actually have. Moreover, the names of the courts were really ambiguous and there were no lists of ingredients to make it clearer. for beginners we have ordered a dead man who has proven to be a pate. for the net we ordered the steaks that were not in the did, and about that half of the meat was raw. the cherry on the top of the cake was that the hä kiew was still raw in the inner. After we had this bad experience, we ended up with an overpriced bill.
