The decor is particularly neat and makes us enter a very pleasant and relaxing environment. Maybe the service isn't always up to it. The plates are very uneven. flavors are not on the rdv. the result appears flat while the culinary idea was original. e.g. garlic sorbet with bears with radishes lacks a taste of gour and the dish loses its promises. I wasn't convinced. It's too bad. the wine card has nice bottles and finds (for example, foam)
Everything is in the accuracy of cooking and juice: Santiago fruit-croûté, ravioli mushrooms, fondu chicken, delicious cannelloni of Saint-Jacques surrounded by a maki algae leaf, with panais.
A very good overall experience! They work with local products and have a changing menu. They took our food restrictions (lactose intolerant and allergies) into account. Also a very friendly and nice service!
A mixed experience. Starters both tasty but one with about five cherry tomatoes felt rather overpriced. While the pork belly was full of flavour and accompanied well with the onions and sauce, the piece of mackerel that had swum onto the plate did nothing to enhance the dish. Grand cru cider was sharp and dry. Plentiful supplies of fresh bread filled the gap.
