Great pizza and sandwhiches. A hard place to pass by without stopping whenever I'm in Avonmore. I got the turkey sandwhich and it was more than enough for me to eat. I was able to save half of the sandwhich for the next day and thus my ride home from Avonmore. Also, they have a great selection of drinks to combine with whatever you choose from their menu. Not really a fan of their pizza, it makes me feel super bloated and sick. I have ordered a salad instead once and it tasted old, I have given it to my husband to try and he also said it tasted old. The people who work there are friendly. They have a good choice of beer. Good enough place for someone who doesn't feel like cooking and wants to order something fast after work. View all feedback.
The absolute grossest pizza ever . Even M&M was better .
This business is closed. The new owner does sell pizza but is known for their smoked meats, bbq. Smoked wings were dry but the pulled pork was good.
We stopped in to place an order to go and the wait time was a little over an hour even though we were told 30-35 minutes. However the food was fantastic. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich, 6 smoked wings and 6 regular with sweet and tangy. They were really good. Also ordered brisket baked beans and the smoked mac-n-cheese. Let's just say all the reviews on the beans are absolutely correct, they are outstanding (wish we would have ordered more), the mac-n-cheese has a slight crispy breadcrumb topping and the most flavorful yet not overpowering taste of smoke so yummy. We will definitely be returning but will call ahead next time. The staff was very polite and professional but in my opinion could use a few more employees to help out so they don't run behind on orders so much. While we waited, the phone constantly ran along with customers continuing to walk in and place orders. Definitely recommend Avonmore PBQ if you haven't tried it yet.
