Jt Boba House - Avondale

The drink was fantastic! I usually get one scoop of boba, and it’s more than enough for the entire drink. However, the one time I redeemed a free drink offer (even though I still had to pay for the boba separately) with my points, I noticed I got only half the usual amount of boba. That’s a bit odd.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and try something different, and I really appreciated the suggestion from the girl who took my order. I ended up going with the strawberry mango drink with mango boba, and it was fantastic. I also love that they offer a la carte drinks, so you're not restricted to just the selections on the menu. The drinks are consistently excellent!

The young woman who assisted me was incredibly patient and friendly. She greeted me warmly, which made my boba experience even more enjoyable! I absolutely love this boba house! They offer fantastic flavor combinations. I've been a regular customer since they opened.

I honestly love their drinks. The boba is good, but expensive. You leave spending $9-$15 on a drink. Customer service is always rude and unfriendly. There hasn?t been a time where we haven?t caught an attitude from the employees or managers. (For no reasonat all mind you, the dirty looks start the second you open the door) The place is never really clean either and it?s alwaysuncomfortable to stay at the boba house and have a drink there due to the employees. I wouldn?t say they push you out of thestore but they definitely don?t make you feel welcomed. Great boba but everything else is pretty horrible.

Service is okay to be honest, but the prices kinda suck. my drink (large mint chip milk tea w/ regular boba) ends up costing 10 dollars, but it definitely tastes great! the wait on weekends kinda sucks though. but i definitely recommend it, especially inthe summer!
