What Issac Littel doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Rosney the manager is extremely rude. They were out of several items including their regular chicken, sweet and spicy chicken and brown rice. I asked why I have to pay the $1.69 up charge for all the meals (white meat chicken) when that?s not even what we want! Rosney did not care and it was too bad. My favorite location in the valley nothing but excellent customer service! The food at this point is ALWAYS Fresh! Thank you very much!
My son loves Chipotle, about two times a week. Yesterday we have the Veteran's Day Special. Hubby got 2 and I got 2.

Dear chipotle, I applaud you for your phenomenal service this morning. Although I walked through your doors at 10:40 when you open at 11 (not sure what I was thinking, I was an hour ahead) you guys hurried to prepare all the items so you could still serve my food. I was at home eating my bowl by 10:50. Now THAT is great customer service, and it does not go unnoticed.
Honest customer service was nice, but the sanitation was purely disgusting? There were Nats (Baby flying ALL over the Soda fountains, which means they don't clean often. Also caught a worker in the back shop rice with his bare hands the food was okay, but being honest, the only thing I had eaten today made it turn my belly? Health inspectors should definitely check their lists??????
