What Evert Carter doesn't like about Burger King:
Went here bc it's my boyfriend's favorite, and they usually get our order right. We went thru the drive thru and ordered a #1, #2 and an original chicken sandwich. We did not receive the chicken sandwich, they forgot to give us our ranch and bbq sauce (but gave us a hefty handful of ketchup that we didn't want) and the sprite tasted like musty soda water, like they either didn't realize the soda bib was out or maybe... Make sure to always check your order before you drive away from this restaurant. They always seem to forget something! Today, they forgot to include the chicken nuggets in my child's meal. It's frustrating and seems unnecessary, especially when the restaurant wasn't even busy. As someone who has worked in fast food before, I know it's not that difficult to get orders right. They need to improve their attention to detail.

Today (Thursday) I went to BK , On the door it says that it closes at 10pm and the drive-thru closes at 11pm ., butI was there around 9.30 pm and the doors were locked and there were cones in the drive-thru ,.Eventhough there were two cars in both of the drive-thru lanes and then they just put the cones over there.And it's not like they were short of staff or something cause I can clearly see from the door that there were 4 workers inside . THEY even ignored when i knocked on the doorThis is UNACCEPTABLE . I am so disappointed. LIKE MAKE YOUR MIND, WHEN TO CLOSE !!! ???

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but since this is the only Burger King near my house and community, I have to give it a 1-star rating. They advertised that their drive-thru is open until 11, but it was blocked off and closed at 10 pm. Additionally, you can tell that the oil in the fryers is not fresh as the chicken nuggets and fries tasted old. Management, please address these issues. Thank you.

Burger King offers coupons every week by internet and their website but none of their restaurants around here except any discounts on the website. I feel they are overcharging and not giving the advertised prices. So much for Have it your way Burger King has disgrace themselves and their reputation. I used to be a regular but there are to many restaurants that treat customers better than Burger King. Sad
