There were 4 of us dining here on a Saturday afternoon. We got seated quick and waitress was fairly quick but food left a.lot to b desired. 3 of us ordered brisket and all agreed it had seasoning problem or something. Too much salt n pepper amd tasted a little like canned meat. Garlic toast was cold amd barely garlicky. My potato was large but very under cooked. No taste at all. The best! We arrived at 1:30, so getting a table was not a problem. Our meal came out quickly and was served hot with a warm, Southern smile. I had the pulled pork plate with potato salad, cornbread, and sweet apple slaw, while my husband ordered the half chicken plate with baked beans, Texas toast, and sweet apple slaw.
