Took about 1 hour and 45 minutes from start to finish. It was not busy,so maybe short staffed in kitchen? My meal (pictured) was quite good. My son had a seafood pasta that had a sauce tasting like lightly flavored water. His $3 lemonadesat nearly untouched because it was too hard to drink. Reminiscent of a lemon shake up at a carnival, but way more sugar. Thebread and dipping oil was fantastic!

Yes it's a high... read more For the last 18yrs we have been a customer of Charbonos. This place never lets us down....same consistent quality at a reasonable upscale price. Yes it's a higher end quality that you'll pay for a bit more for, however if you want something cookedexactly how it's supposed to be, this is the place to turn to. If it's not done to your liking when it comes out, they willgladly redo it again. Sometimes things are hard to get perfect but they always strive to achieve customer satisfaction.Personally I have always been pleased with the quality of food. On a very rare occasion though, the cook does get in a rush andputs out a bad baked potato or a completely frozen piece of cheesecake which is totally unacceptable but when addressed, theyhave corrected the issues. When relatives, friends come to town and want the best meal, this has always been the place Irecommend to them that's close by and will provide the best overall experience. For the last 18yrs this restaurant has been onour highly recommended list, so without hesitation I will recommend it to all my followers who are high class and love a goodmeal.

I didn’t get sick either lol I would 10/10 recommend to a friend for a date night but not so much for a familything. It’s pretty pricey my family and I went 5 of us and our lunch bill was over 100$. I also ordered alcohol so thatdidn’t help any lol.

The reason I’m giving it a 5 star but sometimes there is a lack of attention to detail and not enough staff in the bar. (Typical post Covidissues). Eloise is top notch so we tend to go there during her times of working to ensure we get good service.
