Absolute worst. If your going to lock the door, have the app indicated its drive thru only prior to ordering. As usual cold food and a waste of time.

I have a huge disappointed from this location since I’ve been a loyalty customer to them. This is the third time I have to give up on my drink and leave. I usually ordered 20 mins ahead of time to pick up. They let me wait extra 20 mins when I come pick up. Today they don’t let me go inside and pick up my mobile order, instead asking me to go drive thru which is a long wait, even my drink already made. I’m totally disappointed to the shop and don’t want to come back to them. No thanks

They make a special tea drink called a medicine ball. It's not on the menu, but it's the greatest thing since white bread! If you aren't feeling well you MUST try one of these! It made Covid so much more pleasant. People have had it take away a sore throat. They really need to advertise this product more! It's a real game changer! Plus they have a drive-thru which I used today because I don't feel well!Parking: They have a drive-thru which is really important if you don't feel well!

We love our Chestnut Praline hot lattes. We came to the drive thru at this location and ordered 2 and they tasted like hot milk so we gave them back. The girl making them was upset to have to remake them and was rolling her eyes at us as she was making them.I apologized to the cashier for having her remake them and told her that I JUST WANTED WHAT I PAID FOR, nothing more, nothing less. The cashier gave us the remakes but the girl making these purposely put too many pumps in them to be soiteful. My husband was terribly upset and was going to return those as well but I told him just to leave. I told the cashier I didn't appreciate the dirty looks.We pulled up and threw them in the garbage.I will NEVER come back here again.Daisy and Leo Rosario
