I waited at the drive-thru window for six minute... read more I usually have no issues at this location since we visit it frequently, but today was incredibly disappointing. I waited at the drive-thru window for six minutes before anyone even took my order, and I wasn’t greeted at all during that time—no one even said someone would be with me shortly, which should have been a warning sign for me to leave. Once I paid for my food, I had to wait another 13 minutes before it finally arrived. That's a total of 19 minutes and 34 seconds! I have a picture of the timer from my car because my husband called while I was waiting to check on how long it was taking. All I ordered was a spaghetti and meatballs meal with a slice of pizza and a Coke for my teenager! It felt like they had to go pick it up from somewhere else. To make matters worse, the cashier was extremely rude. There was no hint of customer service, and as she handed me my food, she just gave a smirky "Thank you!" It's ridiculous—people can choose not to eat here! On a positive note, the food was hot, although my breadsticks were overcooked.

Their breadsticks are incredibly tasty, featuring a divine garlic butter flavor, and the desserts are simply irresistible. I definitely suggest trying the spicy baked ziti with sausage.
