What Gib Sims doesn't like about Arby's:
Ordered thru the app and while I was in route to pickup the order I was called and informed that they had no roast beef ready, they wre willing to substitute the sandwiches with other items or I could just cancel the order which is what I chose but my credit card was already charged so I had to call a 800 number to get my money back. I seen an add on TV. A fish and classic roast beef 2 for 6.00I got to this store and the very nice polite young man behind the counter said.We pulled the fish off our menu yesterday along with macaroni nibblers. They were here for limited time. I thanked young man. Told him in a polite tone that I will never ever step one foot into another Arbys again.So I got into my car and went where I could get a fish sandwich.
Man the fries were cold the beef was tough and it's $10 for a beef and cheddar I'm out and never coming back

We visited the drive up. Service is generally swift and efficient. Most of attendants are friendly
This is the only Arby's that mixes the cabbage and cheese together for the Reuben which I've been getting for years and was wondering where the cheese was. This was the first time at this location and all the others that that I've been to don't mix the two together. Which was a HUGE Disappointment since you couldn't even taste the cheese at all. Took us almost an hour to get our food since they had ran out of Roast Beef for orders that were before ours. Not sure if we'll go back to this location or not.
