Sardinia Italian Inspired Seafood - Feedback

What Mark Mywords doesn't like about Sardinia Italian Inspired Seafood:
Calamari was rubbery, very chewy and hard to eat. Waitress told us the seafood simmer was for 2, barely enough food for one. Mushroom Risotto was abysmal. Was literally rice boiled in watery stock, no wine, no onions, no butter in the risotto, no texture, no creaminess. Wow, I cannot believe some of the reviews that people leave, especially the review about the Sardinian Banquet. It was one of the most amazing banquets we've ever eaten, not to mention the VALUE that you get for $40.00 pp. The food that Vito prepares is nothing but fresh and delicious.
