I came out hungry from the restaurant, I do not intend to go out shooting, but if I do not feel that they are missing or dishes or quantity. jotas rations and then a “difficult” dish that we commented with the maitre as you could not take advantage of the food. the clean and beautiful place with the open kitchen where you see it at all times while working, the bathrooms require a touch. I don't think the fault was bad elaboration if we don't feel identified with very strong acid and bitter flavors) or the dessert got us. surely when the tasting menu changes again I think the failure is not to cook if not the type of menu.

Everything was great, specially the callos! I really enjoy the experience in the patio, al fresco! If you are in Avilés you have to try it! My kids love the experience too! Many thanks!

Iratxe and Adrián came to cook with other chef like magnus ek 2 Michelin star Also her brother is a chef and and offered gunkan, salmon . Cucumber and sushi rice delicious Avocado and Kimizu de hierbas I really enjoyed the Bao . Soft , tasty and easy to eat
