I came out hungry from the restaurant, I do not intend to go out shooting, but if I do not feel that they are missing or dishes or quantity. jotas rations and then a “difficult” dish that we commented with the maitre as you could not take advantage of the food. the clean and beautiful place with the open kitchen where you see it at all times while working, the bathrooms require a touch. I don't think the fault was bad elaboration if we don't feel identified with very strong acid and bitter flavors) or the dessert got us. surely when the tasting menu changes again I think the failure is not to cook if not the type of menu.

In every visit I just let the team choose the menu for us, and they never dissapoint: their trademark buns, amazing mains, and the not-so-sweet desserts, all work together to provide an experience I never thought I would find in the streets of Aviles. And, talking about experience, here comes my favourite part: the host is fantastic. Iratxe walks you trough the dishes, suggests and recommends. If you ask her, she will tell you everything about the dishes and the place! It is funny how things develop in one 's life: even though I don 't live in Spain anymore, two of my favourite places of gastronomical pleasure ended up being located in the same street of my hometown!

You can feel the search for harmony behind each dish, executed to perfection with seasonal products of the highest quality. The cozy atmosphere and the very attentive staff complement the whole. Needless to say, this wasn't my last visit ;
